beef stew: local edition
So, I've made beef stew on the blog before - but this time I got local meat and vegetables from the winter farmer's market. The beef was grass fed from Gibbet Hill in Groton, MA. delicious.
Here's the pictures....

I had bad beef stew at a diner recently. It was so bland and tasteless. This just makes me jealous, but in a good way. : )
Great! I have got the same beef at home. Come over and make it? or that isn't what a blog is for- it is suppose to show me how to make it myself. Drat!
plus I love that the empty pot is pictured. Just so your readers are clear.
one morning over a rainy, relaxed breakfast with exceptionally strong coffee, it was suggested that gina marie start a food blog. this suggestion was quickly expanded to include the other people at breakfast - sarah emily and sarah elisabeth. we really had no idea for this venture other than good food blogs usually have pictures. we'll have to have pictures, we decided - as long as there are batteries in our digital cameras.
we all live in cambridge, massachusetts and enjoy cooking. we like talking about cooking, hanging around in the kitchen while someone else is cooking, and eating well. sometimes, the things we make fail. sometimes they succeed and then we get to brag about it.
